Raine flinched and she looked at Videor for help, her eyes would say, "hey, baby's daddy, keep your lady in check!"

"Oh TK, not everyone likes to listen to your old, senile banter," she smiled childishly, hoping the age joke would calm the woman.

Alevon is silent, shaking ever so slightly.

The small glass of ice in his hand shatters in his grip, icecubes dropping onto the table, glass digging into his hand. He lowers his head, his hair covers his face completely

...how...how is that fair? ...they can...but I can't...why...

"Bad time for that age joke." Emir said, slapping his forehead.

"Can we just eat our food in peace? This should be a joyous celebration! TK's having a kid, so let's not fight!" Nicole said desperately.

TK caught Raine's gaze, then looked over at Emir and Nicole and instantly calmed down. TK sat down and sighed, "I'm sorry...I didn't mean to snap..." she said. "Come, let us order and eat hmm?"

Alevon swallows and looks at his hand, blood dripping from his open palm from the glass. The cuts slowly close back up, and as they do, he picks up the pieces of glass and ice and place them in a napkin

Raine looked over at Alevon, her brow quirked in concern.

"Hey, you alright?" she asked.

TK wrinkles her nose as she looked at Emir, "Did you have a smoke earlier?" She meant no disrespect, but her smell was sensitive. Her temper threw her senses off but now that she was calm, she caught the scent.

"He's alright, don't get why he's pissed." Emir said, never paying attention to TK and Alevon's arguments.

"I'm just waiting for my meal I suppose." Nicole chuckled shortly then sighed.

Alevon closes his eyes, after re-opening them, his pupils contract and dialate back to normal size. He looks over at Raine with a smile

"I'm fine, these dang glasses are just so fragile..."
He smiles to himself, looking at the little pile of glass and ice

"...you figure they'd make them better, mmm?"

Videor could not help but watch the scene, and sigh on the inside. Not quite as calm as he'd liked, but it clearned up,"Yes, lets." Videror replied, ordering a small steak for himself.

"yeah, but they make the shit cheap so people have to buy more." Raine grumbled, downing the rest of her water, "damn greedy bastards."

Alevon takes his menu back up and looks at it, trying to get his mind off of the terrible start that which was this night's event.

"I suppose I'll have uh...."

He looks over the menu

"...uh...I suppose I'll have a t-bone steak as well, and whatever it comes with on the side is fine"

He then looks over at Maya, wondering why she had been so quiet through that situation

TK ordered half the menu like she said along with a Piña Colada. Steak was a must on her list and she was going to dive in, ignoring how everyone saw her whenever she ate.

Ariel stayed quiet, her headache getting the best of her. But when she heard TK ordering an alcoholic drink she had to say something.

"That better be a virgin Piña Colada," she said. "Alcohol isn't good for you right now."

TK looked over at Emir, "Aww I won't be so reckless anymore though...not really anyway."

Ariel sipped some of her water and turned her head so she was looking at TK. She didn't say anything for a moment as she looked at her.

"Because the pregnancy isn't exactly...normal," she started, "How long will it last?"
