Below is a list of anime series I have seen as well as a ten-scale rating.
The rating system is explained below the list.
Every anime listed has been watched to completion as listed unless noted otherwise (Using Code Geass as an example, since it is listed as 'Code Geass' it does not include Code Geass: Akito the Exiled, since it does not include 'Akito the Exiled' as listed).
Every anime listed is also to be assumed to be a regular series and not a movie. Movies will be listed separately. Listed series automatically exclude OVAs released for the series unless noted otherwise. Anime will not be separated by season unless the additional seasons have a different title (For example, Bakemonogatari and Nisemonogatari. Same series, different titles for different seasons).
Anime listed as "Original series" include what was originally released. In many cases, this refers to the first season, or if the anime has a remake then it refers to the original and not the remake.

I use what people have come to call my "Purgatory" rating system for rating anime. Allow me to explain:
I do not believe there is such a thing as 'perfect' or 'entirely bad'. I believe that perfection is an innately impossible thing to obtain since everyone has different opinions of what is good and bad, therefore perfection is inherently unobtainable. Likewise, I believe that regardless of how bad something may be, it is impossible for there not to be at least one detail that is not bad. Therefore, I refuse to rate anything a 10, or a 1. Everything you will see will likely be between 2 and 9. 2 being absolute worst, and 9 being the best thing I've ever seen. Now then, I also have slightly different views of the numbers between 2 and 9. So, to even further simplify it, here is a breakdown of what each means:
1 - By all rights, it should not exist. (I won't use this rating however)
2 - Inexcusably horrible
3 - It probably did something to really get under my skin at some point
4 - Lesser meh/it fell short
5 - Meh/it was ok
6 - Good/normal or not bad/enjoyed it
7 - Quite good/liked it more than normal
8 - Love it/one of the best
9 - I'm probably biased in favor of it for some reason
10 - God tier. (I won't use this rating however)
