Your voice is like a gentle breeze
Whose kind tones bring me to my knees.
Your face is the greatest art
Which sparked my once silent heart.
What was once small, feeble, and quiet
Is now strong and beating with might.
For now our hearts aren't yours or mine
And with a great feeling that's so divine
Our hearts are one and together
With our love lasting forever.

one good reason why this fails as a rhyming poem: you need syllables that match, IE: your poem is fail, it's low on the scale notice how each have 5 syllables (lol, I'm just messing with you Hina) but I'm being truthful at the same time. | |
